1. Introduction

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ingle ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Ingle mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1.2 Definitions

"User": Any individual who accesses or uses the App.
"Event Organizer" or "Host": Any individual or entity that creates, manages, or hosts events through the App.
"Content": Any text, images, video, audio, or other material that is uploaded, shared, or otherwise made available through the App.
"Services": All services provided by Ingle, including but not limited to event management, user matching, messaging, video calls, and notifications.
"App": The Ingle mobile application and any related websites or services.

1.3 Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
Legal Capacity: You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Event-Based Networking

Connect at Events: Enables Users to network with others attending the same events, such as weddings, conferences, concerts, and expos, for business, friendship, or romantic connections.
Host Events: Allows Event Organizers to create customized networking spaces, enhancing guest engagement and potentially generating revenue.

2.2 Airport and In-flight Networking

Airport Networking: Facilitates connections among passengers waiting in airports, enabling valuable interactions during layovers.
In-flight Connections: Allows Users to discover and engage with others on the same flight for networking or socializing.

2.3 Business and Organizational Networking

Networking Hubs: Businesses like gyms, nightclubs, restaurants, churches, and offices can create dedicated networking spaces for their clients, customers, or staff to enhance their overall experience.

2.4 Tier-Based Event Categories

Ingle offers tiered event participation to cater to different User preferences:

Silver Tier: Basic access to networking at events (fee set by Host).
Gold Tier: Targeted networking opportunities for professionals (fee set by Host).
Diamond Tier: Exclusive connections for entrepreneurs and executives (fee set by Host).
Platinum Tier: Premium networking for business elites, politicians, and influential leaders (fee set by Host).

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 User Accounts

Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Ingle immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination: Ingle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

3.2 Event Organizer/Host Accounts

Account Creation: Event Organizers must create an account and provide accurate and complete information about their events.
Account Security: Event Organizers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. They agree to notify Ingle immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
Account Termination: Ingle reserves the right to terminate or suspend Event Organizer accounts at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

3.3 Age Verification and Privacy

Age Ranges: We replace exact ages with age ranges to protect personal information.
Name Morphing: Your real name is hidden until you choose to reveal it, ensuring anonymity during initial interactions.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Commission Structure

Standard Commission: Ingle retains 80% commission from fees charged by Hosts to Attendees.
Promotional Commission: At Ingle's discretion, the commission may be reduced to as low as 20%, increasing the Host's share up to 80%, without prior notice to the Host.
Discretionary Changes: Ingle reserves the right to adjust commission rates for promotional purposes at its sole discretion.

4.2 Payment to Hosts

Disbursement of Funds: Funds due to Hosts will be disbursed according to Ingle's payment schedule after the deduction of applicable commissions.
Payment Methods: Hosts must provide valid payment information to receive disbursements.
Taxes and Fees: Hosts are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving payments.

4.3 Premium Features

In-App Purchases: Users may access premium options and filters for a fee, which are solely the property of Ingle.
Non-Shared Revenue: Revenue from premium features is not shared with Hosts.

4.4 No Fees for Free Events

Free Platform: Ingle remains a free platform for Users when Hosts do not charge Attendees.
No Commission Charged: If the Host does not charge Attendees, Ingle does not charge any commission.

4.5 Payment Processing

Third-Party Services: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By using our Services, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
Payment Information: You must provide accurate and complete payment information.
Chargebacks and Disputes: You are responsible for resolving any payment disputes or chargebacks with the payment processor.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

Respectful Interaction: You agree to interact respectfully with other Users and not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using the Services.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

Harassment and Abuse: Engaging in harassment, hate speech, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior.
Fraudulent Activities: Creating or promoting fraudulent events or impersonating any person or entity.
Spamming and Solicitation: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or spam to other Users.
Inappropriate Content: Posting content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringes upon the rights of others.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other User accounts or Ingle's systems.
Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6.3 Content Standards

Ownership and Rights: You must own or have the necessary rights and permissions to share any content you upload.
License Grant: By posting content, you grant Ingle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Services.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post is accurate and not misleading.

6.4 Reporting Mechanisms

Reporting Violations: You can report inappropriate content or behavior through the App's reporting features.
Investigation: Ingle will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

7. Event Organizer/Host Conduct

7.1 Event Compliance

Legal Compliance: Event Organizers must ensure that their events comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
Permits and Licenses: Obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance is the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer.
Health and Safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of Attendees at events.

7.2 Content Standards

Accurate Descriptions: All event descriptions, images, and promotional materials must be accurate and not misleading.
Intellectual Property: Event Organizers must have the rights to use any content they upload, including images, logos, and descriptions.

7.3 Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and Misrepresentation: Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting events is strictly prohibited.
Illegal Activities: Events promoting illegal activities are not allowed.
Content Restrictions: Event Organizers must not post content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

7.4 Reporting Mechanisms

Reporting Violations: Event Organizers can report violations or inappropriate behavior through the App.
Ingle's Response: Ingle will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection

Personal Information: We collect personal information such as name, email address, age range, and location to provide and improve our Services.
Usage Data: We may collect data on how the Services are accessed and used.

8.2 Data Usage

Service Provision: Data is used to operate, maintain, and enhance the App and Services.
Matching Algorithms: Personal information is used to improve matching algorithms and provide personalized recommendations.
Advertising: We may use data for targeted advertising within the App.

8.3 Data Sharing

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred.

8.4 Data Security

Protection Measures: We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No Guarantee: Despite strong security measures, no platform can guarantee complete security.

8.5 User Rights

Access and Correction: You have the right to access and correct your personal data.
Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us.

8.6 Privacy Policy

Incorporation by Reference: Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and provides detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership

Company Property: All content, features, and functionality on the Services (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Ingle and its licensors.
Trademarks: The Ingle name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ingle or its affiliates.

9.2 User Content

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload or post.
License to Ingle: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services.

9.3 Copyright Infringement

Reporting Claims: If you believe that any content on the Services infringes your copyright, please notify us at support@ingleapp.com with the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A description of the infringing material and where it is located on the Services.
- Your contact information.
Ingle's Response: We will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing material as appropriate.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimers

As-Is Basis: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
No Warranty: Ingle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

No Indirect Damages: In no event shall Ingle, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum Liability: Ingle's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Ingle in the last twelve (12) months, if any.

10.3 No Liability for User Conduct

User Interactions: Ingle is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any User, whether online or offline.
Event Attendance: You attend events at your own risk, and Ingle is not liable for any harm arising from your attendance at events organized through the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ingle, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Services.
Your User Content.
Your interaction with other Users.
Your attendance at events organized through the App.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

Account Deletion: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the App.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and all associated data may be deleted, subject to our data retention policies.

12.2 Termination by Ingle

For Breach: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Without Notice: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion without prior notice.

12.3 Survival of Terms

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Modifications to the Services and Terms

13.1 Changes to Services

Right to Modify: Ingle reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
No Liability: Ingle shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

13.2 Changes to Terms

Updating Terms: We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion.
Notification: Material changes will be notified to you via the Services or by email at least thirty (30) days before they become effective.
Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of the Services after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Arbitration

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, or validity thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by America Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.
Arbitration Location: The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware
Arbitration Fees: Each party shall bear its own costs, and the fees and expenses of the arbitrator shall be shared equally unless otherwise required by law.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14.4 Exceptions

Small Claims: Either party may seek relief in a small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of that court's jurisdiction.
Injunctive Relief: Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security or intellectual property.

15. Safety Features and Reporting

15.1 Safety Measures

Name Morphing: Your real name is hidden until you choose to reveal it, ensuring anonymity during initial interactions.
Age Privacy: Exact ages are replaced with age ranges to protect personal information.
Geo-Fenced Networking: Connections are restricted to Users physically present at the event or location, though as a public event in rare cases outsiders are allowed to join, but will have to pay 100% more of the event fee, which is meant to discourage outsiders from joining.
Boarding Pass Verification: Only verified passengers can connect while at airports or in-flight.
Incognito Mode: You can choose to browse profiles anonymously.
Anti-Doxxing and Secure Chat: Features are in place to protect Users from privacy breaches and harmful behavior.

15.2 Reporting and Enforcement

Reporting Violations: You can report inappropriate content or behavior through the App.
Investigation: We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.
User Notifications: We may notify you of the outcome of your report, but are not obligated to do so.

15.3 User Responsibility

Safety Precautions: You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions in all interactions with other Users, especially if you decide to meet offline or in person.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that Ingle does not conduct background checks on Users and assumes no responsibility for verifying Users' identity.

16. Compliance with Laws

16.1 Local Laws

User Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations that apply to your use of the Services.

16.2 Export Controls

Compliance: You agree not to use, export, or re-export the Services or any content therein in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation United States export laws and regulations.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ingle regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.3 No Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

17.4 Assignment

By Ingle: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity.
By User: You may not assign or transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

17.5 Force Majeure

Ingle shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where the failure results from any cause beyond Ingle's reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

17.6 Headings

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

This media policy outlines the rules and guidelines for how Ingle, its users, event hosts, and partners can engage with and share content related to the Ingle platform, its events, and its users. By participating in or creating content for Ingle, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines.

1. Purpose of the Media Policy

This policy governs the creation, use, sharing, and promotion of any content, including but not limited to photos, videos, social media posts, and written communications, related to Ingle and its platform. It ensures that all media associated with Ingle maintains the integrity, privacy, and brand standards of the platform, protecting both users and the company.

2. Approved Media Channels

Ingle actively encourages engagement on the following approved media channels:

Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Snapchat, WhatsApp.
Website: Official Ingle website (www.inglemeet.com, www.ingleapp.com).
Email Communications: Ingle email campaigns and newsletters.
Event Promotion: Flyers, posters, and other promotional materials associated with events hosted on Ingle.

All content shared on these channels must adhere to Ingle’s brand guidelines and terms of use.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

3.1 Consent for UGC Ingle welcomes user-generated content. However, any media (e.g., images, videos) featuring individuals must have their consent before sharing publicly on any platform, especially if it involves sensitive or personal information. This includes but is not limited to:

Photos and videos taken during events hosted through Ingle.
Testimonials or reviews shared by users.

By submitting content to Ingle or posting on platforms with Ingle tags or mentions, you give Ingle permission to repost, share, or use that content for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

3.2 Content Moderation Ingle reserves the right to moderate and remove any UGC that:

Contains inappropriate or offensive content.
Violates any laws, including copyright and data protection.
Harms the integrity of other users or the platform.

4. Brand Usage Guidelines

4.1 Logos and Trademarks Ingle's logo and branding materials must be used in accordance with our brand guidelines. They cannot be altered in any way that would misrepresent or degrade the brand.

4.2 Event Promotion Event hosts and businesses using Ingle must use approved Ingle logos and promotional materials in their event marketing. Any co-branded content or materials must be approved by Ingle’s media team before publication.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 User Privacy Ingle prioritizes user privacy and requires all media creators (hosts, partners, users) to comply with privacy laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and similar regulations. Personal information or identifiable media of any users must not be shared without explicit consent from the user involved.

5.2 Privacy Features When using Ingle's privacy features (such as name morphing, age privacy, and geo-fencing), media content creators must ensure that users' identities are protected in all shared content. For instance, media captured at Ingle events should not disclose any sensitive user information.

5.3 Reporting Violations If users believe their privacy has been violated through media shared by event hosts or other attendees, they can report the content to Ingle’s support team for review.

6. Media for Commercial Use

6.1 Commercial Promotions Event hosts, businesses, and partners may promote their Ingle-hosted events across platforms, but any media or advertisements that include Ingle’s name, logo, or references must align with Ingle’s brand standards. Commercial use of media tied to Ingle without permission from the Ingle team is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Third-Party Advertising Ingle allows future advertising opportunities within the app for businesses in airports and event spaces. Media created for these advertising campaigns must be pre-approved by Ingle to ensure alignment with brand values.

7. Crisis Communication and Media Management

In the event of a crisis or controversy, Ingle has a structured media communication plan. Any media inquiries, statements, or public responses will be managed by Ingle’s official communication team. Event hosts, users, and partners are not authorized to make statements on behalf of the company.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Ingle owns the rights to all official content, logos, and media created by the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction of Ingle's intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Enforcement and Penalties

Failure to comply with this media policy may result in the removal of content, termination of event hosting privileges, or account suspension. Ingle reserves the right to take legal action in cases of intellectual property violation, data breaches, or privacy infringement.

3. Logo and Trademark Usage

3.1 Official Logo The Ingle logo is a key part of our brand identity. Any use of the Ingle logo must adhere to the following guidelines:

Do Not Alter the Logo: The Ingle logo must remain unchanged in all representations. Do not alter the logo’s color, shape, proportions, or typography.
Clear Space: Maintain sufficient clear space around the logo to ensure visibility. No text or images should encroach upon this space.
Color Usage: The official colors of the Ingle logo are [#833cff & #4160fe]. These colors must not be changed unless approved by Ingle’s brand management team.

3.2 Approved Logo Variations Ingle offers the following approved variations of its logo:

Customization of these slogans is allowed as long as the brand tone is maintained.

6. Brand Colors and Typography

6.1 Official Colors Ingle's visual identity is built on a specific color palette that reflects our vibrant and modern approach. The official brand colors are:

Consistent Messaging: All materials and communications involving Ingle should adhere to our brand messaging guidelines outlined above.
Co-Branding Requirements: Any co-branded materials (e.g., event flyers, social media posts) must feature the Ingle logo prominently and follow the logo usage guidelines.
Brand Representation: Hosts and partners are responsible for representing the Ingle brand in a positive and professional manner during events, promotions, and in media engagements.

8. Social Media and Digital Presence

8.1 Social Media Representation All social media posts and engagements involving Ingle should:

Tag or mention official Ingle social media accounts.
Use relevant Ingle hashtags (e.g., #IngleMeet, #IngleEvents).
Maintain the brand tone, voice, and messaging as outlined in this policy.

8.2 Digital Advertisements When creating digital ads for Ingle, ensure the use of approved colors, logos, and messaging. All digital media, whether created by Ingle or its partners, must be reviewed by the Ingle media team before publication.

9. Unauthorized Use of Brand Assets

Ingle strictly prohibits the following actions regarding its brand assets:

Using the Ingle logo, name, or trademarks in unauthorized contexts.
Altering the logo or brand assets without permission.

1. Event Host Responsibilities

As an event host on Ingle, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Accurate Event Information: You must provide accurate and complete details about your event, including date, location, time, and any relevant descriptions. Misrepresentation of event details is strictly prohibited.
Event Approval: Ingle reserves the right to reject any event that doesn’t comply with our standards.
Content Moderation: As the event host, you are responsible for the content related to your event. This images, descriptions etc. Any shared multimedia to ensure they align with Ingle's community guidelines.
Privacy & Security: Hosts are expected to maintain the privacy and security of event attendees by following Ingle’s privacy and security guidelines. This includes securing the event codes, and respecting attendee preferences for incognito mode or privacy settings.
Compliance: Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their event complies with all relevant local laws and regulations. Ingle is not liable for any legal issues arising from event mismanagement.

2. Event Pricing & Monetization

As a host, Ingle offers you way to monetize your event:

Event Pricing: Hosts can set a fee for attendees to participate in networking spaces at their event.
- Fee Distribution: Hosts are entitled to 20% of the revenue generated from event fees. Ingle retains 80% of the revenue generated for its platform service fee to cover operational and support costs.
- Some Cases: Ingle can at its sole disposal decides to take only 20% of the revenue generated and give the event host 80%, which is to say Ingle is flexible with its sharing formula at its own discretion.
Tiered Event Duplication: For events with a diverse audience, hosts can create tiered event experiences to cater to different attendee levels (e.g., VIP vs. General Admission). This can attract more participants and provide premium services to high-value guests.
- Example: For weddings, you can offer multiple tiers where VIPs attend one networking space while general guests attend another, allowing you to maximize revenue from various attendee types.
Free Event Hosting: Hosts can also opt to make events free for attendees.

3. Event Privacy & Security

To ensure that events remain private and exclusive, Ingle provides hosts with several security features:

Private Event Code & Invitations: Only attendees with a unique event code or invitation link can join the private event networking space. Hosts are responsible for distributing these codes securely.
Public Event Code & Invitations: Only attendees with a unique event code or invitation link can join the public event networking space. Hosts are responsible for distributing these codes securely. Though as a public event in rare cases outsiders are allowed to join, but will have to pay 100% more of the event fee, which is meant to discourage outsiders from joining, but not completely stops them. Ingle will continue to improve on its policy and security to ensure a safe space for all.
Geo-Fencing: Ingle’s geo-fencing feature ensures that only individuals physically present at the event location can access the event’s networking features. This prevents unauthorized access and ensures exclusivity, though as a public event in rare cases outsiders are allowed to join, but will have to pay 100% more of the event fee, which is meant to discourage outsiders from joining.
Anti-Doxxing and Secure Chat: Ingle offers features to prevent doxxing, harassment, and privacy violations. Hosts are expected to report any misuse or inappropriate behavior by attendees immediately.

4. Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

If an event must be canceled, the host agrees to the following refund policies:

Event Cancellation by Host: If the host cancels an event, host are not entitled to any benefit, but also attendees might not get refund as they must have used ingle to network already, only in the case of fraudulent events, can attendees be refunded.

5. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines

Hosts are encouraged to promote their events using Ingle’s marketing tools and guidelines:

In-App Promotion: Hosts can promote their events through Ingle’s network by sharing event codes, hosting exclusive giveaways, or offering incentives for attendees who refer others.
Social Media Promotion: Hosts can share their event on social media platforms to increase visibility. Ingle provides templates and marketing materials for hosts to use.
Monetary Incentives for Followers: Hosts who encourage attendees to follow Ingle on social media can receive an additional 5-10% commission of ingle’s commission on the event revenue, as per Ingle’s social media follower program.

6. Commission & Payment Terms

Ingle operates a transparent payment system for hosts:

Payment Cycle: Event revenue is released to hosts 48 hours after the event concludes. Payments are processed via the host’s preferred method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal). Though in most cases due to high number of events, hosts may see delay in receive their funds especially for large events which requires moving huge amount of money.
Commissions for Hosts: Hosts receive 20% of the event revenue, with the remaining 80% retained by Ingle for operational and support services, but being a flexible platform build with ensuring hosts enjoy the benefit of ingle, ingle will sometimes disburse 80% of the funds to the host and retain 20% at its own discretion.
Additional Commissions: Hosts can receive an additional commission (up to 5-10%) if they encourage their attendees to follow Ingle on social media and share proof of the social engagement.

7. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a high standard of integrity on the platform, the following activities are prohibited for hosts:

Fraudulent Events: Creating fake or misleading events for the purpose of financial gain or manipulation.
Unauthorized Use of Ingle Branding: Using Ingle’s brand or logo without explicit permission outside of pre-approved marketing materials.
Violation of Local Laws: Any event that violates local, state, or national laws may result in immediate termination of the host’s account if it has been reported.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a host and an attendee, Ingle offers the following resolution procedures:

Reporting System: Both hosts and attendees can file reports or complaints regarding the event. Ingle’s support team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it in a timely manner.
Mediation: Ingle may mediate between hosts and attendees if disputes arise, event quality, or misconduct. However, Ingle is not legally liable for resolving these disputes.

9. Termination of Hosting Privileges

Ingle reserves the right to terminate a host’s access to the platform for violations of this Event Hosting Policy or any other Ingle policy:

Grounds for Termination: Fraudulent activity, repeated violations of privacy policies, consistent attendee complaints, or illegal activity will result in account termination.
Appeals Process: Hosts who have their accounts terminated may appeal the decision within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed by Ingle’s compliance team, and the host will be notified of the final decision.

Inactivity: If the sponsor fails to actively participate or fulfill their responsibilities during the sponsorship period, the agreement may be terminated.
